COMPANY'S POLICY

Since 1999 the Company is certified by an Accredited Certification Body according to ΕΝ ISO 9001 Standard on the Quality Management Systems (QMS) with scope: ”development and technology consulting”. The Company is also certified by an Accredited Certification Body according to ELOT 1801 (OHSAS 18001) Standard for the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems since 2005, while since 2006 it is certified according to ΕΝ ISO 14001 on Environmental Management Systems.

The Company’s policy on Quality, Environment, Health and Safety:

The management of the IAPETOS S.A. Development and Technology Consultants establishes and implements, in cooperation with the staff and its partner’s, quality; environment; health and safety management systems. In the every day functioning we take good care of the full implementation of the established management systems, so as they are totally harmonized with the ΕΝ ISO 9001:2008, ΕΝ ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

The application of the management systems concerns focus in our main activity: providing consulting services on development and technology issues.

The quality, environment, health and safety policy is decided by the Management and is accomplished in a specific and exceptional manner. It has also been communicated to all staff and partners, as well as to our providers, subcontractors and associated parties.

By establishing management systems, the Company aims to total harmonization with the legal frame and the continuous improvement of the systems in their daily application.

This statement of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Policy is an internal audited document of the unified management systems that are revised whenever the Management decides.

This statement of Environmental Policy is binding for the Management and its improvement is based on monitoring the: full satisfaction of our clients, cooperation with our providers, staff training, offering of new services, waste and air pollutant reduction, paper and ink recycling, provision and competence of the possible risk factors and accidents in work. Implementing in full the Management Systems requires the continuous training of our staff and partners, thus the Company has adapted an annual training program.

The Managing Director is responsible for the decision on the Environmental Policy, its monitoring and its application.
